Large truck abandoned on the side of poole road in front circle k gas station. Has been there since last week

construction workers have the road completely covered in red clay that will eventually find its way into the storm sewer system.

Overturned tree has sidewalk completely blocked and is restricting driver site distance from Kennedy Street

There's huge pile of trash that appears to be in city ROW. It's been there for months.

There is a large shrub/tree that overhangs most of the northwest sidewalk near 823 N. Bloodworth Street. The sidewalk is almost completely unusable in this area. Unfortunately, this is a reoccurring issue. Can this shrub be cut back significantly?

Can the city of raleigh please add some traffic markings to Seawell avenue between East Edenton Street and New Bern Avenue. Eastbound traffic on New Bern Avenue making a left hand turn onto Seawell Avenue continuously make sharp turns at high rates of speed onto Seawall. I've almost had head-on collisions with vehicles that do this. I'm not sure if these people are confused and think Seawall is a one-way street. All it would take is a white stop bar and a double yellow line down the middle.

City of Raleigh water utility has created a pothole situation in Edenton Street at Seawell Ave. It appears they did water line utility work in the road associated with replacing the fire hydrant and forgot to come back and fill in the hole around the water line lid in the street.

Storm inlet in 2900 block of Poole Road clogged with left over erosion control measure (not removed when construction of sidewalk was finished). Drain is blocked and rainwater stands well into right travel lane during rain events.

Tree in city right of way (sycamore?) has two limbs hanging out over the road. One of the limbs is dead and the other one is dying. Also, the dying limb is low enough where there is clearance issues with delivery trucks. On the west end of the 300 block of Oakwood Avenue close to person street.

City of Raleigh Storm Sewer inlet is completely filled with dirt in this location on Poole Road. Every time a significant rain occurs stormwater spread reaches 6-10' out into travel lanes.
