Thanks. I'm going to put in a request for my sidewalk which is in the same neighborhood.

Please send someone to evaluate the sidewalk at 55 Daniel Rd. This sidewalk is being raised to unsafe conditions because of tree roots. The tree is very old and very dangerous and needs to be removed.
I have been requesting that this tree be removed for several years.

Thank you for reporting the site to the Town. We will be dispatching our inspector to the site to evaluate the sidewalk. Please allow us up to two weeks to conduct the inspection.

The Town currently repairs sidewalks based on the roads with the oldest complaints. The Engineering Department re-inspected the site on 10/27/2021. We have determined that the sidewalks are not an immediate concern, and we will monitor the condition over time. The site has been added to our master list for repairs. MGK
