This is a NCDOT issue as the street is maintained by NCDOT, not the City of Raleigh. The NCDOT Customer Service Office answers the department's toll-free customer service line, 1-877-DOT-4YOU (1-877-368-4968), from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with extended hours as necessary for emergencies.

This issue is on going. The slightest rain causes the pot holes to reopen and I see cars playing leap frog into oncoming traffic to avoid these damaging holes. Can't something be done that would ensure our safety?!

Reopening this ticket does not fix the issue. Hickory Grove Church Road is maintained by NCDOT, not the City of Raleigh.
