Southbound cars on Grays Ferry make left turns onto 24th at full speed, ignoring pedestrians attempting to cross 24th Street. Also, as there is no crosswalk painted, cars park in the crosswalk, in front of the curb cuts -- and they are not ticketed. These parked cars reduce visibility of pedestrians by left-turning cars.
A start would be to paint the crosswalk. A better solution would be to narrow down the intersection so that the turning radius is tighter, forcing cars to slow down.
This is very dangerous!
