Jeez. Kind of a bizarre reaction to say this isn't what citizen services are for. Let's hope the "proper staff" is someone who sees a mess left over from road construction and knows what to do with it?

If “This type of service request is not handled within VBWorks,” why have VBWorks at all??? I’m trying to notify people of an issue, and you’re telling me that this isn’t the way to do it??? How would you like citizens to notify the city of issues?
