The sign prohibiting two way traffic in front of Caroline Street School should be limited to school days only so it can be two way all summer & weekends. It is very difficult to head West by taking a left turn onto Lake Ave by any of the side streets due to heavy traffic. At least if you could get to East Avenue you would have the traffic signal to help. Division Street school has the same set up and they always allow two way traffic.
