I know there are a lot of potholes in Worcester and a lot of damage is possible from them. Worcester's claim form says if a pot hole is reported and then your car is damaged, the city will take responsibility if a reasonable amount of time has passed. The city gives itself 24 hours as a "reasonable amount of time". I know the pothole I reported claimed to be fixed in a week, but no work had been done to it. After I reported it again, they actually came to fix it.
