Description
INOPERABLE STREET LIGHTS. Six consecutively spaced double street lights in the grassy section between the east and west bound lanes on Dam Neck Road are not operational at nighttime (Dusk to Dawn). The sidewalks are absolutely dangerous without light especially when motor vehicles are blinding you with their headlights. Risks are falling off the sidewalk and into the swamp, getting ran over by cyclists or just walking or running into other people.
