Roadway flooding on corner of Paramore Dr and Glendale Dr. About 3” of standing water after each rain remains for several days. You can see in the lower left part of the photo that the street and gutter have been pushed up a few inches by swelling tree roots, preventing proper drainage. Thanks in advance!

I saw the paint marks - thanks for the quick turn around.
Based on the paint outline, I don’t think the drainage issue is going to be fixed. Everything marked for repair is downstream the high point which is causing the flooding.
