I am the homeowner and was unaware that the flowerbed had become intrusive. I checked and yup, it was a good 4 inches overhanging the sidewalk. Whew!, Thank goodness that dangerous situation was brought to my attention for abatement. I am happy to report that the situation has been remedied and that the only lives lost were some sacrificial lantana.

Some people think they have the right to let their lantana grow over the sidewalk so people cannot enjoy the use of the sidewalk. Unbelievable!

Oh please, that home has meticulous gardens that are well maintained. I walk by there frequently and have never been unable to enjoy the sidewalk.
