We have yet to see someone from the city monitor the issue at pleasure house road and Bel Air lane. With today's rain the water is rising into our property from the ROW. Please let us know when someone can come look at it. We were told the water had to have been sitting for more than 7 days. It has been, and now this rain on top of it has caused a greater issue.
There is clearly a drain issue on the ROW.

A very nice gentleman came to talk to us about the mowing, ,while its unbelievable we have to mow the ROW we accepted his response.

However, drainage on the road into a public drain creating a mess in our yard is not acceptable.

We need someone to fix this issue.
