Anyone else notice the white, 5M series, BMW, with the black hood, circling the Willow / Canner St. block? The driver, male, usually speeding on Willow St. I see the same car in West Haven, and I wonder why he is frequenting Canner St. and the gas station on Willow?

Please describe better the color of the car ( not just the hood) and the driver.
