Stowe road has problems with the entire road we have broken up road surface, pot holes and the issue of not having space for two vehicles to pass each other safely side by side no room to ease over not to mention when school buses are coming down the road you have to stop and almost pull into the ditch just to make enough safe road space for the bus. the entrance to stowe road over floods with water during rain storms because the ditches end up at the entrance with no where for the water to go. can some one look into these issues....thanks.....
