Agreed, please add a traffic light here. Eliminate the one on Adam keeling if you need to but with marina shores apt, long creek cove condos and the new building it’s going to get very dicey turning onto great neck

If there's a traffic light there I predict rear end accidents in northbound lane due to limited line of sight when traffic is backed up at the light. During rush hr, traffic stopped at the light will be back up to the bridge in a blind spot to oncoming northbound traffic which will have no time to react even at 45 mph. City should be sued if this happens and someone dies since it was an obvious risk to putting a light there. I don't think a warning sign or caution light would work either. This is what happens when you have unlimited and not well thought out development.

There’s not an abundance of accidents for the same scenario in southbound lane currently? This request is for an actual intersection vs the light at Adam Keeling. Remove the other light and reduce speed limit

That’s a fair point. I do believe northbound volume and speed seems to be higher. So some mitigation will be needed if lights put in. Anyway you can never have too many traffic lights, right? ;-)

Stoplights for everyone! The biggest issue is the poorly thought out development like Stevep said but in turn becomes a liability for the city either way
