ok, well, why don't you call the police and at least let them know. They can at least look out for this car. Does the person live in Westlake? If so, maybe someone can tell the cops what complex....And, how do you know it's a fake plate and suspended license? Sounds like someone knows more than they're pretending to.....

Police have been notified, car almost hit me the other night when driving drunk in front of me. Pulled into Winshire Terrace before police could respond. Dispatcher stated license plate not in system. Neighbors stated driver changed his plates several times for not having a valid license. Just trying to protect my fellow neighbors from a tragedy waiting to happen.

Not an angry girlfriend and how would you know that is a new registration? Police informed me of plates being invalid on Saturday evening.

Negative feedback comes from the guilty, if the police were notified and this driver is still on the road, then he/she needs to be stopped. If credentials are intact when pulled over, then the proper person will close this feed. Who cares if its an angry girlfriend/boyfriend/neighbor or stranger. Someone got worried about your post...sounds like a guilty person to me??? Let's get offenders off our streets!!!

Again I say, stop the offenders in our area. Walked up to this car last night in my lot. Plates are as stated and I would guess a 96-98 Buick Park Avenue, forest green. Parked in front of Building #8 which makes him a resident as we have assigned parking. I am on the watch and if you have noticed over the past few days the patrol cars cruising slowly up and down West Lake, more than I have seen in the 3 yrs. I have been a resident here. PD will get him/her. Worst case, his credentials are good and this feed can be closed. No harm/No foul.

Followed this car yesterday out of my apartment building Winshire Terrace and had nothing to rush too so took a little drive behind this man, so now we know it is a male driver, tall and very skinny maybe in his mid 60's. He drove to Billy T's bar and when I finished my visit with the inlaws and dinner, drove by 5 hrs. later to find him still there. Be real careful everyone. Wouldn't want anyone to lose a loved one over the holidays or anytime. Ever heard of AA?

Did anyone report this to the property management so that they can call the police and have any unregistered vehicles towed off their property? I would assume with all the money this resident would have to pay would be a valuable lesson learned.

Car is still parked in my complex, Winshire Terrace with the same plates. Called in a favor and the plates are for sure "invalid". I reported this to the management company along with this link and still no change in the progress of getting violators off our streets. What gives? Does it take a tragedy to get results? Over 150+ views and over 30+ votes! What more does it take? Like I said, the car is a dark green 4dr. Buick Park Avenue and is parking in an assigned spot in front of Bldg.8. Tall,skinny male, white, salt/pepper hair age range early 60's. I have been watching out from my building. Will keep you informed of any progress.

Called in a favor? Well if your favor was to a cop then he/she should be out there towing the damn car! This whole thread is annoying to read. If this hack is unregistered and has the wrong plates, the cops could have done something a long time ago. Call the dispatch center and tell them to tow the loosers car. And to the person who saw him go to the bar- why didn't you call the cops?

Posted a comment earlier, it didn't show up so here I go again. Car still in my lot at Winshire Terrace, driving in and out multiple times a day. Same plates, did some checking and plates are "not valid". Been almost 2 weeks and over 175+ views and 30+ votes and still yet another offender gets away with a crime. We all pay our taxes in this town, what will it take? An accident, a death, and then it will make headlines. It's shameful to know that's what it takes to get these offenders off the road. I contacted my management company and to date still no action. Somethings gotta give.

Can't do anything if the car is in the parking lot of the complex because it is considered private property. Your best bet is to notify the rental office and let them know there is an unregistered vehicle in the lot. Most complexes require all vehicles be registered.

Hello....is anyone paying attention, this has been sent to the management office and police were called on this vehicle and still no action taken place to date. This is RIDICULOUS if you ask me, not one of the hundreds of cops that go up and down West Lake every week can apprehend this offender. I may just let him accidentally back into me or I may just have to stop quick in front of him on the road. Wow, is that what it takes to get this felon off the road. Why would you say this is not important? Maybe you don't have teenagers that drive this road or a wife or husband that does. I see Hong Kong Fooey stopped posting..guilty conscience? 2 Weeks and still nothing!!! I am disappointed with our management company and the police department for their lack of involvement. It will make the news soon when I contact an ex colleague at channel 8 investigates. Lets see how fast this gets action then. Management was notified and police were notified, complex is private property and nothing can be done unless management asks police to check all plates in the complex or the driver gets pulled over on the street. If you see this car driving on the street, call the police. I am watching from my apartment and will the minute I see him on the street but I cant always be in my window so miss him most of the time. Just want everyone to be on the look out. We need to all watch out for each other. I have a wife and 2 teens driving and wouldn't want a tragedy or the expense if the driver has no registration so my gut tells me there is probably no license or insurance either!!!!! Lets get this guy!!!

Resident at Winshire Terrace: Looked into this more and found out this man has a criminal past ranging from poss. with intent sell, did jail time and the tag you listed for that vehicle is 449 YKK, all the rest is correct, I drove by last night and wrote down the info and followed up. That tag is not even a valid tag, doesn't even exist in DMV database. This guy never changed his DMV information to his correct address, last known address was in E. Hampton, CT. Doesn't your complex do a background check. Wow, someone dropped the ball. I would want this guy caught sooner than later. Let me know if I can help with anything else. Talk soon Bro!
