This issue has not been resolved. I walked by this morning. It is not on Charity Neck as you referenced above. It is on Muddy Creek. I retook pics and resubmitted into the system about 8:30 am 4/26/2019

I also submitted pictures this morning for an area with standing water at all times between 3501 and 3529 Muddy Creek Road. By Tuesday, following last weekend's storm (04/19 - 04/21), all areas from 3573 to 3533 and from 3497 to beyond the bridge past Charity Neck are dry. Even looking down Horn Point was dry, but not at the spot on the road between 3501 and 3529 Muddy Creek Road. When we flood, this is now the deepest spot north of 3573. It never was before. It is deeper than the areas around Horn Point, Blue Petes, and Charity Neck/Muddy Creek intersection. A pipe must be broken or clogged. The water NEVER goes away. It is at a very dangerous spot being just past a curve. You have to get in the opposite lane often. I did not see a way to submit multiple pictures showing the dry spots, not did I see a place until now to comment. I only saw a spot to add a picture. I

The blockage has not been fixed. The problem is at 3980 Muddy Creek Road the second picture with the mailbox in it has the address on the wooden post in the back part of the photograph . The location marked on the map above is incorrect. The problem is actually getting worse as “they” are bringing in fill dirt regularly to elevate the property.
