Debris all along Putnam Ave from Newhall up to Winnett Street. In front of houses and along the other side of the road. It has been like this for a long time. Homeowners should be held accountable for trash in front of their houses and businesses should be held accountable for trash along their property. Until the town holds them accountable the town will continue to look dirty. Please clean this area up.
