This has been this way for a LONG time. It keeps getting reported and it NEVER gets fixed. The City just closes the ticket and does nothing. If you are the first car, go on green, you can actually look up and see the light turn yellow BEFORE YOU CLEAR THE INTERSECTION. Maybe that is not a problem to Traffic Engineering, but it is a problem to me as a citizen.

How many times does this problem have to be reported???? Why are we always told that it is fixed when it is NOT FIXED???? I think the next time I see that it is FIXED and nothing was really done, I will see if Channel 10 can get some information as to why the problem isn't fixed.
