All arrogant Yalies riding in packs 3 and 4 abreast, and then scream at you about a supposed "three foot rule." They should read Title 14 of the Ct. General Statutes.

If they're Yalies, you should hassle them. They don't pay for these roads. Just don't threaten them. That's not very nice.

I have read the statues, it is clear that the three foot passing rule exists:

if they are riding 4 abreast they are breaking the law and you should stop and call the police or pass when safe to do so.
