In persistently freezing temps this area under the Wilbur Cross is going to turn into an ice rink.

There was flooding there again yesterday. Weeks ago, I hit that flooded area and it tore off the tire guard/flap of my right front wheel. Please take care of this!

Richards - It is presumptuous of you to think I was speeding. I do not speed. The road should be in condition to allow you to go the speed limit, no? The water was probably 10 - 12 inches deep, but it is hard to tell that when you approach it. The town does not seem to be getting to it very quickly. I just drove by it and it is still clogged.

Moonman, Did get out and measure the depth of the water? Are you sure it was 10-12 inches deep? If you doing the posted speed limit and slowed down because there was water on the road, you would not of damaged your car. That road is used as a cut through, no one does the speed limit.

Richards - What is the point of attacking my driving? This issue is that the storm drain needs to be cleaned. Focus!
