There is a homeless encampment on the Shattuck side of this property located at the u.s post office located at 4900 Shattuck Ave. Oakland, Ca. 94609. its a complete eye sore and is running business and tenants away from this area. There are other businesses here as well as rental units that are loosing business due to this. This needs to be cleaned up immediately. The security at this location aren't doing anything about it nor can they be found visible on this property. There are also rats visibly seen on this property and are affecting all surrounding properties. Please clean this up.
