Every evening, every day, and sometimes really early in the morning the light is green in the direction of West Neck Road. Why? There is absolutely no traffic going that direction. All traffic is coming through on Indian River Road.

300 seconds is the amount of time I wait for the light to turn green before I treat it like a stop sign. Why, pray-tell, would you put a light in to replace a stop sign and then COMPLETELY REVERSE the right-off-way to flow consistent from where the stop sign used to be? And then not even have sense enough to ensure the light is even capable of detecting traffic from the other direction.

I am sure it's a selfish determination made for the City workers driving to and from work -- but 24/7...?
