Almost daily around 425-4:30 4 boys maybe 8th graders have been tormenting traffic by riding recklessly in front of them, popping wheelies, and not allowing traffic to pass. One day I aaw them wearing white masks over their faces. It might be helpful to these drivers to let the boys see a patrol car before one is killed
