The City of Virginia Beach has resolved this issue.

Obstruction of light is resolved, but the light is still not fixed. Sign posted on pole 10/31/2018, states "Overhead repair required". That's over a month ago. Problem only half resolved. Still a safety issue. Corner is still pitch black. Anyone care to comment on how long this will take? Only took 6 months to clear an obstructing limb, how long to fix the street light? Just saying....

Thank you. We have received your updated response for the street light outage. Per Dominion Energy, they investigated your concern and have generated a work order for the replacement of the head. Staff at Dominion Energy stated there have been an increased number of outages and they are working diligently to address outages all over the City.
