Description

If you are coming north on Birdneck Rd and attempting to turn left onto Southern Blvd, the left turn arrow does not come on. This has been happening repeatedly since July, and I have sat through 3 or more circuits of the traffic lights changing and the green arrow never comes on. There is not a green circle to proceed while yielding, so I sit there forever and have moved slightly forward or backward to try to alert a sensor, but the light never changes. Please, can you look into this? I work for the city and our building is at the end of Southern Blvd and I have to turn left here to get to work.
