Description
When it rains this entrance floods. Need ditches dug out and pipe cleared. This is the 4 or 5 times I have reported this and no evidence of nothing being done. If the ditches are not dug out and pipes cleared I will report the city and call the news out showing how the city does not care about its citizens.
