There are 3 lite pole that have been out for about 6 months, they are all on Lynnhaven parkway, where it changes to Volvo the poles are close to Plantation Lakes Circle and Veranda Way. All the lite poles that are out have a white paper on the pole, can these lite poles be fixed so they turn on at night?
