Too many stop signs on Forest are compromising the use of the street as a through route, causing congestion, and generating more traffic on parallel routes. There is very little cross-traffic, auto or pedestrian, on Greenleaf or Forest. Stop signs are costing the public time and money in terms of delay, fuel waste, and increase emissions with almost no benefit for cross-streets. Remove the unwarranted stop signs.
