To speed limit signs for southbound traffic on Windsor Oaks Boulevard or posted about 20 yards from the Independence Boulevard intersection. They are ineffective at their current location, as they are too close to the intersection, and the speed limit changes on the other side of the intersection.These signs should be posted on the northbound lanes of Windsor Oaks Boulevard where there are none.
