We have received your request and scheduled pick up for Wednesday, August 29th, 2018. Your basketball hoop must be completely dismantled (pole from backboard, net etc and please remove any water/sand from the base. Please have your items out by 7am and will be collected before the end of the day.
• Allow at least 3 feet of clearance between the item(s) and any other objects, including the automated roll carts.
• Items should not be placed under any low hanging wires or tree limbs.
• Smaller household items to be discarded must be placed in sealed boxes; the boom truck cannot lift bags as they will tear.
• The bulk item collection vehicles are not equipped to sweep locations.
• We do not handle glass or mirrors with the boom truck as it will shatter. No glass, food garbage or bags will be picked up outside the can.
