When I entered in the address it is showing that the next recycling day is 8/30/18. This week is an off week for recycling collection.

That’s great! You never fixed the problem about the ladies garbage can. You should’ve told her that you were sending the truck back around. Instead, you’re telling her that she has to wait another 2 weeks with a dirty, smelling recycling can. You didn’t fix it and close it correctly.
