There is no weight restriction on this road,however I am having half loads on concrete brought in.Speeding are you serious how fast do you think these vehicles can go down a narrow road while trying to miss all the obstacles protruding into the road.Improper shoring and trenching, what would you know. There is an inspectior on site for the entire day during the construction, you may have noticed the woman walking around with a hard hat on, at the site. And what improper use of tracked construction vehicles, what is that supposed to mean, if you mean taking them down the road, they laid wood as they went for the tracks to roll on however they didn't have to do that, there is no law or condition of approval saying they have to. They did that so you wouldn't @#$% but you did anyway so on the way out we won't bother to lay wood. As far as road damage you know I have said I will repair any damage I have done at end of construction. This website is for posing City code violations not your petty nonsense complaints meant to harass me. Please remove your posting

Please give your estimate of the weight of cement trucks. Please take picture of 'speeding trucks'. Please take picture of 'oil spill'. Please take picture of 'improper shoring and trenching'. Please take picture of 'tracked construction vehicles'. Concerning the construction project at the end of RBW: the contractor, Margaret Dufresne, has a 1000 pictures of this road. Comparison of pictures "before and after" would be appropriate. Poster, please give more information of your complaints as stated above.

As requested here is a pic of an over-sized concrete truck backing over the curb near 11099 RBW.

As requested, here is a pic of the sloughing associated w/ improper trenching and benching during the excavation. Notice the sloughing has exposed some pipes that have been exposed for a few weeks.

As requested, here is a pic of significant settling and associated cracking and other damage to the Rolling Bay Walk caused by excessive truck weight. It's worthy of note the construction manager admitted the damage was significant but said he's only doing his job. The picture was taken in front of 11125 RBW. The settling and damage are hard to see in a photograph but a visitor to the island stopped to say it's appalling that such damage is allowed to occur.

Ken. There are, "No Trespassing" signs all over my property. Please stay off my property. It is never safe to go onto a construction site and you should know better. Again none of these complaints are code violations. The damaged road to 11125 was already there as concrete patches which the trucks have broken up. However I have told the owners of the property in writing that I am not going to just patch back but I am going to remove the entire slab and pour a new one at my expense. In addition to you staying off my property stay out of my business. Oh and that is not debis that is a set of concrete steps down from the bulkhead to the shore. Here are before photos of the road at 11125 as you can see the setting had already occured, you can also see all the patch work. My trucks have broken up the poorly done patchwork,which is to be expected but I am going to replace the entire slab,So you need not talk about things you know nothing about. The road has no road restrictions and the trucks being used are no larger or heavier than the oil fuel trucks that come down this road to feed all your fruances. Please stop harassing me.
