The bank is eroding and trees are falling into the creek. This creek is a major drainage channel for the neighborhood. It flows into Pembroke Lake, which empties into Thurston Branch, and on into the Western Branch of the Lynnhaven River.

Well, here it is, a year later, and there is no indication of any progress on this issue. Is it dead, or still on the books for some kind of action?
