    Storm drain on Pembroke Blvd, between Archway Ct and Sullivan Blvd., has been inoperative or clogged during the last two rainstorms we have had. The water was standing in that low spot on the street (Pembroke Blvd), and not going down the drain.

    The two stop signs on westbound Whistler Lane are hidden by overhanging trees and bushes, both at the intersection with Sullivan Blvd and at Romney Lane.

    The creek/drainage ditch known as "Betty's Bottom" in Aragona Village needs to be dredged/cleaned out. It is overgrown with trees and bushes, and trees are falling into the creek. The city dredged this creek more than 20 years ago, and it badly needs to be done again.

    Roots from two large pine trees have buckled the pavement, causing a small "lake" on the side of the street, in front of 809 and 813 Romney Lane. A similar problem on Sullivan Blvd was fixed by the city several years ago. We need such a fix here now.
