Ditch located behind Independence Middle School (also along backside of houses 1173, 1177, 1181, 1185 Kings Way Drive).is completely overgrown with weeds (poison ivy) and actual trees. There is also trash (mostly papers from Independence Middle School). There have also been car tires found in this ditch. This ditch does not have the capability to drain due to the above issues. Needless to say, mosquitos have discovered this ditch as well.
