It appears this issue has not been resolved and that the prior reports do not indicate a time-frame to repair or a general update to let us know what is going on. The issue persists and encourages people (right or wrong) to run the light, increasing the probability of an accident. Please update or address the issue where only three vehicles turning left onto Indian River Road from south bound Kempsville Road are able to make the light.
