Remove and re-pour the sidewalk. Cut that section of root out of the way. DO NOT TOUCH THE TREE PLEASE.

This has been an issue for too long. The children get hurt way too often! The elderly and DISABLED we have living here cannot navigate to a car without tripping. The fact this hasn't been fixed is a disgrace.

The sidewalk just needs to be fixed it has been since I have lived here. For almost 8 years like this.

Unfortunately the tree root will have to be touched as the reason the sidewalk has risen is due to the tree.

Still nothing had been done. They came out and marked it and its already wearing off.
