Sharraxaadda

This house had a fire some time ago, a large piece of bare plywood is nailed on one side of the house, with gutter down in the front yard. A makeshift powerline runs to a handbuilt tower in the front with a cable running across the ground to the house (is this legal?). Also a large amount of trash has spilled out of the side porch of the house. Its been like this since at least the Fall, does anyone even live here? Its one of the first houses you see on entering our neighborhood, I was embarrassed when driving visiting family past it.
