This is my third complaint with the city about the same snow pile that has not been removed in 30 days. The fist two complaints were closed in a few days but no actions taken. From the looks of things most residents are not impressed with the Citys response to snow pile removal. We had better response form the City while it was still snowing, and now it is +10 with very little snow fall in the last three weeks, yet still the piles remain. I am tied of hearing that City crews are working quickly to move piles when the complaints continue to be added to this website. I gave you top marks for snow removal this winter, but now I have lost all faith in your services and join the growing group of angry citizens. We expect results and having an ongoing complaint as simple as clearing a snow pile for 30 days is inexcusable. I expect a response from the City that is is goal orientated and date managed, you know, the way most organizations handle projects.
