Description
THEFT: On 4/17 around 2:30pm, we witnessed a young Male steal a delivery package left at 163 Shepard Street, Hamden, CT. The young Male was in a blue Honda, with a broken/taped up back passenger side window. The car had been driving up and down Shepard Street, all morning/ afternoon. Tried to contact homeowner to advise (knocked on door), but he wasnt home.
