Good afternoon,

The City of Virginia Beach Waste Management Division provides weekly service to single family homes, townhomes and duplexes that have a black trash can and a blue recycling cart. However, some of the residential areas are considered “private” and have collection by a private company per the discretion of the association. The area where you reside has private collection. First, this isn't the address I needed a bulk pickup from. Since you closed it on the same day I opened it, but TODAY was my trash day, something went horribly wrong. MY address is:

Just trying to figure out how my address was turned into this other address, and now I have a sizable pile of junk at the street that needs to be picked up. Solution? (and it's not wait another week!)

Just so you know, look at the pickup spot on this message, it moved it back out to sandpiper road. I'm not sure what's up with your system, but it's got Sandbridge on it's mind.

Please just make sure they go to the correct place, NOT the Sandpiper Road address. That's what's caused this entire mess.
