Thank you for using the VB Works service request system! The City of Virginia Beach has received your request.
Thank you for contacting us. I will notify the supervisor to advise him that the cans were not serviced on Thursday and he will investigate to determine why the can was not serviced. Unfortunately, we will not have a truck back in that area until Thursday. If you are ever missed, please contact our office by noon the following day and we will have a truck return. We will arrange to have any extra trash bags collected this week as a courtesy. Please place them next to your trash can. If you have any questions, please call us at 385-4650.
