  Thanks for reporting this, Pat. Maybe we should do an "adopt a spot" on this side of the off-ramp, since the other side is getting fixed up by others now (which is so great!).

  This is Vandalism. Please fill out a CSR at Caltrans web site. The Keep Dimond Clean volunteers clean this spot on Weds and Sat mornings. We are the ones that put KOCB bag on the fence to cut down on the endless trash left the panhandlers who also use the green utility box as a urinal. Even with the bag there for them they throw there trash, food waste, liquor and beer cans on the ground with adds two plus more bags a week from this location. I also remove 5 to 10 milk crates a week that they have stolen from Framer Joe's to sit on then toss over the fence. The work on the other side is amazing.
