Driving into downtown Raleigh on McDowell Street just as you come under the Martin Luther King overpass, someone has removed the drain grate from the sewer drain and moved it to the side and is left a large open hole. It is just to the left of the left-hand lane, and if anybody over corrects or slightly goes over the edge of the road they will be in the hole
