Description
Who thougth we needed a turn lane for the Museum? Not the people that use Crescent Ave. to get to their homes or the track. I'm sure the amount of traffic turning onto Crescent far out numbers the few if any cars that visit the Museum. The cars waiting to turn have to sit in a traffic lane. Very poor planning.
