As per policy 606 Section 4.8 and 4.10 " Sidewalks adjacent to City owned property, such as public utility lots, easements, parks,
fire hydrants, catch basins, utility boxes, mailboxes and school bus stops will be cleared of snow during the Residential Snow Plowing operation."

The side of the street adjacent to the lake is City's responsibility. The other side is adjacent to developer owned land, not the City's. It will be the responsibility of the owner of that land. This ticket will be closed and archived. Thank you

Its a city ER, developer passed along to the city in October of 2015, FAC signed and accepted by the city. Try again

The city took over ownership in October of 2015 from the developer. Even if the city could plow it once after this snowfall to knock it down that would be great.

I cant edit my comments for some reason and there is a super long delay with content reviewed through this site. City did a final inspection of the ER/Park and accepted it, thus turning it over to the city. My previous post said October of 2015, this was the initial inspection date, final was this last fall and after which the city signed off on final acceptance. Again, if you could just get to it once that would be greatly appreciated.
