~Left turn signal from WB Va Beach Blvd to SB Rosemont activates every 2nd or 3rd cycle, not every cycle like it normally does
~Traffic backs up significantly on WB Va Beach Blvd in AM cycle at that intx
~Has been occurring for 2-3 weeks
