I see the request in for Jan. 9 only. The edit from the crew says the truck was there at 10:35, but the items were not out. The house description is gray, 2 story, red shutters. Is that correct? If you would like us to review the drivecam please give us a call at 385-4650.
I have entered the pickup for next week, as we cannot do "same day" requests. For future reference, if you call us before noon the following day to report problems, we can send a truck back.
