So, are to saying that the City of Raleigh doesn't handle civil complaints and doesn't dictate what can be done on private property? If so, I have some lovely ocean front property to sell you in Iowa. I don't have a ton of faith in the COR when it comes to See, Click, Fix, but it is probably best to let the "professionals" close issues. As usual, my comment will likely be held for approval, so you may not actually see it.
See Click Fix is not designed for your civil complaint. As much as you tout your infinite knowledge on everyone else's concern, you should know that. This is a social platform, all users have the ability to close issues which are not pertinent to the purpose of See Click Fix. Grosvenor is correct. Here is the info for the courts: http://www.nccourts.org/County/Wake/Staff/Clerk.asp Have a great day!
The City of Raleigh handles code violations. I am just not sure if this is a code violation or not. I didn't report the issue, so it is not a big concern of mine. But if the parking lot is indeed violating city code, the City of Raleigh will absolutely handle the issue.
