A tree in front of our house has dying since we moved here in January 2011. During the recent wind storm the last remaining healthy limb was torn off, nearly landing on my daughter's car. As you can see from the attached photo, it now consists of a broken trunk with 3 twisted branches. Please advise regarding removal as we believe the tree poses a risk to passersby, parked vehicles, and power lines.
